PROJECT LAUNCH

"The apprenticeship at Yellow Birch Farm was one of our best high school experiences!  Especially the hands-on learning about small-scale organic farming, best sustainable business practices and how to promote and market farm-made products. We also loved caring for and feeding the baby goats!  Our hosts, Eric & Missy, went above and beyond to make sure that we had interesting things to do and learn.  We are very grateful that we had this opportunity!"
