Apprenticeship: Since 2022, in partnership with Deer Isle-Stonington High School (DISHS), apprenticeship opportunities in fields including medical, electrical, construction, childcare, mental health, veterinarian, computer programming, creative arts and fisheries.

Pathfinders: College, career & life exploration weekly group for 10th-12th graders.

Adult Learners: Support for adults to make a transition to a different career path or develop needed new employment skills.

College Guru Mentors: Since 2013, "near-peer" DISHS graduates have been matched with seniors to support their transition to college and beyond.

Career Fair: Annual event for area employers, organizations and tradespeople to share knowledge and demonstrate skills to middle and high school students.

Skill Building & Support: For parents and students, includes college and career exploration, interview practice, resume creation, financial aid sessions, college and worksite visits, graduate panels and social events.

We’ve Got Your Back”: Each DISHS graduating senior is gifted a hoodie that recognizes their chosen college or career path.

Scholarships & Grants: With partner organizations, funding is awarded for college, workforce entry, travel or small-business start up costs.
